You Are Invited: Co-Design & Personalize The Employee Experience
For Optimal Wellbeing and Business Results
The recession and market headwinds continue to bring on new challenges as organizations resort to layoffs and reduced budgets to focus on the bottom line of the company. However, companies aren’t the only ones going through things. Employees are penny-pinching as they grapple with the high cost of goods and services, caregiving, mortgages, and more. It’s time their benefits go the extra mile. And we can achieve this by learning more about what is working and what is not working, engaging in proper dialogue. This webinar will breakdown how employers and employees can co-design benefits that work not just for a few people in the organization, but for everyone.
