Jack Mardack is the co-founder of Oyster, the employment platform to hire, pay, and care for global teams. He is an experienced B2B tech marketing executive who has helped build and dramatically scale several companies, including Eventbrite, Prezi, and the Vonage API platform. Jack is deeply inspired by the power of software to change the world and make it a better place. Meet Jack.
Massella Dukuly brings deep expertise as a strategist and leadership coach to her role as Head of Workplace Strategy & Innovation at Charter. She has trained over 10,000 leaders globally and has worked at LifeLabs Learning, Squarespace, and Warby Parker. As an HR leader focused on team enablement, Massella has been a trusted advisor to leaders from high-growth startups to established enterprises including Squarespace, Twitter, TED, The New York Times, and Peloton. Her research on employee engagement and talent development has been featured in thought leadership articles in First Round Capital, Thrive Global, and Entrepreneur. Meet Massella.
Kacy Fleming is the Head of Global Well-Being for Takeda, where she is focused on equitable access to resources and programs, as well as mental health inclusivity. She is currently working towards her Masters in Organizational Psychology at William James College. Kacy is an avid writer and speaker who has recently authored pieces for Thrive on mid-life career transitions and women’s health. Kacy has worked with increasing responsibility to help her companies build and execute strategy around mental health and overall employee well-being. Other areas of work and focus include diversity, equity and inclusion from a well-being perspective. When not working or attending school, Kacy enjoys reading, yoga, skiing with her partner, Mark, and/or drinking matcha lattes while snuggling her two chihuahuas, Otto and Finn. Meet Kacy.
Dr. Tana M. Session is the CEO & Founder of TanaMSession.com, a certified Women Minority Business Enterprise (WMBE) with over 30 years of Human Resources experience. Dr. Session specializes in cultural engineering, facilitated experiences and leadership & organizational development. She has spent 10 years as the top Human Resources executive for both domestic and international organizations where she led various change initiatives and up-leveled entire departments, including talent, systems and infrastructure. Gayatri Agnew comes to Walmart having worked in the public sector with both government and non-profit organizations and found her way to business because of her desire to work on impact at scale. She is committed to shared value and believes businesses can be a force for good in society. Raised by a single mom in California she knows firsthand that access to education and good jobs change lives – and she is proud of the way Walmart unlocks opportunity for so many of our associates. Gayatri serves on the leadership team of Walmart’s Global Culture, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Office where she leads the Global Accessibility Center of Excellence, focused on serving customers and employees with disabilities.
