Women’s Mental Health, Psychological Safety, And Intersectionality in the Workplace
On this episode Blessing Adesiyan and Andrea Mullan deep dive into the effects of a terrible work environment on the mental health of employees, how important it is for the workplace to be inclusive and how beneficial it is for employers to create a workforce that is intentional about retaining working mothers and caters to the needs of parents. They are joined by Sherrie Nguyen - Senior Manager, Product Marketing at Indeed & Stacy Peters - Manager of Learning Operations at Indeed who chat with them about the programmes and policies that indeed has in place to make sure that they create a workplace that promotes mental health, reduces burnout and absenteeism, increases productivity and provides adequate benefits for Indeedians and the global workforce Indeed caters to.
