My Vision 👀 For Mother Honestly In 2022
Join us as we elevate women and families now and beyond!
Hello Mother Honestly Fam and Friends! As we get ready for the Women’s month in March and a flurry of activities here at Mother Honestly, I wanted to share with you my vision for Mother Honestly and our plans to elevate the lives of women and families at home and in the workplace. Despite the challenges of the pandemic and the impact on women - especially mothers, you have found ways to survive.
What I'm about to share - you are currently experiencing as a mother yourself. The pandemic have slammed women on every front - work, finances, relationship, home and life. Multiple surveys at Mother Honestly and other leading organizations shows that millions of mothers are being forced out of the workforce. In fact 41% of working mothers are currently contemplating leaving the workforce. The impact could be as high as 17.6 million workers (mostly mothers) out of the workforce due to this pandemic.
Part of why I built Mother Honestly was because I truly wanted women to live their best lives in and beyond motherhood. This pandemic is a direct threat to that vision. I want you to not just survive, I want you to thrive and flourish.
This is where I am asking for you to show up.
This spring, Mother Honestly is launching key resources to help you thrive personally and professionally.
