Level Up🎙How To Know When You’re Ready for a Big Career Move
Reclaim Your Confidence with Maggie Hulce, SVP, Enterprise at Indeed
In what is one of our most insightful episodes yet, Blessing Adesiyan and Andrea Mullan focus their discussion on the challenges women face in trying to reach for their next big career move. They highlight how women are less likely to put themselves out there for opportunities unless they feel completely qualified. Women usually want to tick all the boxes before we raise our hand for that exciting new job or a stretch role in our current company.
Blessing and Andrea are joined on this episode by Maggie Hulce who is Senior Vice President and General Manager, Enterprise at Indeed. She talks with them on the identity crisis women experience post motherhood and how that affects our ability to climb up the corporate ladder and how women can reclaim their confidence in the workplace.
Maggie Hulce is Senior Vice President and General Manager for Enterprise at Indeed. In her role, she focuses on shaping product and go-to-market priorities for Indeed’s largest global customers.
