Caring Policies In Action: Advancing Family-Friendly Solutions From Capitol To Conference Room
A recent study reveals that a staggering 85% of the global workforce struggles with inadequate access to family-friendly policies, compounding the challenges faced by working parents and caregivers. Within the United States alone, a staggering 66 million individuals juggle the complexities of caregiving responsibilities between children and aging parents. As we explore solutions, it becomes clear that the onus is on society, businesses, and policymakers to collaborate in fashioning a brighter future. Recent policy initiatives such as paid family leave and flexible work arrangements have begun to lay the groundwork for change. However, much work remains to be done to bridge the chasm between policy enactment and practical implementation.
From Capitol to Conference Room: A Call to Action: This panel serves as an invitation to uncover the initiatives that have recently passed, those that are gaining momentum, and how each of us can contribute to the transformation. Discover the tangible steps that businesses, both large and small, can take to foster a supportive environment for working parents and caregivers. Join us for a compelling discussion on "Caring Policies in Action: Advancing Family-Friendly Solutions from Capitol to Conference Room” powered by MomsRising.
