Big Changes Are Coming To MH WorkLife!
building care infrastructure for today's workforce
Hello Friends! It’s Blessing Adesiyan, Founder & CEO of MH WorkLife. Thank you so much for being here. Your support have kept MH going and I do not take that for granted. Building MH WorkLife has been one of the most important and the most challenging thing I have ever done. We've spent the majority of last year building. And let me tell you something, building takes time, it takes money, and it takes an effective and capable team.
When we launched one of out core products, the Care Wallet on stage at TechCrunch late last year, it felt like we were ready to take off right? Well, not really. We are a small and mighty team, bootstrapped and completely self-funded. We were still feeling the heat of the pandemic, a gnawing and painful recession leaving massive layoffs in its wake.
But I am not one to give up easily, so here I am sharing where we are at, what we are planning to launch in the coming weeks with a brand new website relaunching our old offerings, and something new.
I'm going to need your help. Listen, I have zero marketing budget for this. This is me being vulnerable. We've ran out of cash, and we need this to work. So please share amongst your ERG groups, networks, with your mom and dad groups.
Without further ado, here are three key products we will be launching in a matter of weeks:
1. Care Wallet: an employer funded wallet to help employees subsidize unexpected cost of childcare, eldercare, fertility treatments, pets, housekeeping, and more!
2. 1:1 Work & Care Advisors: to help parents, caregivers, and employees of all kinds access on-demand support from the nation's leading experts in work and life. We are looking for coaches and advisors who are excited to support this growing modern workforce. Please fill out our advisor onboarding form here.
3. Care Gap Consultants: to help cover the parental leave gap when employees go on leave. We are looking for amazing individuals who are looking for interim employments and will love to cover for a parent or caregiver for a few months as they take care of their loved ones. Please express your interest here and we will be more than happy to onboard you to our platform.
